Dr. Labs was an intern, resident, and Assistant Chief of Surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore before completing his Fellowship in Plastic and Hand Surgery at Harvard's Massachusetts General Hospital in 1992. In addition to Board Certification, he holds the CAQ in Hand Surgery.
He founded the Hand and Extremity Center in Naples, Florida in 1994, serving over 1000 Hand Patients annually. Dr. Labs maintains active membership in the American Association for Hand Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
